has-accent-color\">Comment je d\u00e9finis le coaching<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pourrez trouver de nombreuses <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Coaching\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Coaching\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>d\u00e9finitions du coaching<\/strong><\/a> en ligne et des pratiques qui varient en fonction de la singularit\u00e9 de chaque coach. <br><br>Pour faire simple, le coaching est avant tout un accompagnement par le questionnement vers l&rsquo;atteinte d&rsquo;un objectif. <br><br>Voici les 6 \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui sont importants pour moi dans ma pratique du coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-base-2-background-color has-background\" class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Tout cycle ou session de coaching d\u00e9bute par la d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;un <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">objectif<\/mark><\/strong> qui doit \u00eatre <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">pr\u00e9cis<\/mark><\/strong>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire exprim\u00e9 positivement, r\u00e9alisable, \u00e9cologique, coh\u00e9rent, avec des indicateurs de mesure et sp\u00e9cifique. <br><br>Aussi, si vous avez un objectif impr\u00e9cis, c&rsquo;est mon travail de vous accompagner dans la d\u00e9finition de votre objectif mais ce n&rsquo;est jamais \u00e0 moi de l&rsquo;imposer. wp-block-paragraph\">Toute session de coaching commence par la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;un cadre<\/mark><\/strong>. En tant que coach, je ne donne pas de conseil mais je permets \u00e0 la personne coach\u00e9e de trouver les r\u00e9ponses elle-m\u00eame ou de les chercher aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;autres. <br><br>Le coaching n&rsquo;est pas non plus une <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">th\u00e9rapie<\/mark><\/strong> : on se concentre sur le pr\u00e9sent plus que sur le pass\u00e9. Ou qu&rsquo;un groupe ait envie de changer l&rsquo;agenda d&rsquo;une session parce qu&rsquo;une r\u00e9alisation collective importante et inattendue a eu lieu. <br><br>En tant que coach, je me dois d&rsquo;\u00eatre agile et de m&rsquo;adapter. Cela peut \u00eatre un objectif professionnel, personnel ou holistique (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qui concerne tous les aspects de la vie en m\u00eame temps).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Ma conviction<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\"> <\/mark><\/strong>: le coaching est une pratique holistique qui transforme les individus dans toutes leurs dimensions. Si on d\u00e9finit un objectif professionnel, le<strong> coaching r\u00e9sonne et rayonne souvent dans toutes les sph\u00e8res de la vie<\/strong> de la personne coach\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Ma singularit\u00e9<\/mark><\/strong> : j&rsquo;ai <strong>une attention particuli\u00e8re pour le choix des mots <\/strong>prononc\u00e9s que je renvoie souvent en miroir pour aller creuser un sujet. Le coaching permet de cr\u00e9er cette r\u00e9sonance en faisant travailler la personne coach\u00e9e sur  ses valeurs, sur ce qui la motive et sur les moments qui ont forg\u00e9 son leadership pour faire \u00e9merger des convictions vraiment ancr\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience individuelle. Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui est le plus important ? Et si on ne devait retenir qu&rsquo;une chose ?  Trop souvent on pense qu&rsquo;une suite logique d&rsquo;arguments bien encha\u00een\u00e9s suffit \u00e0 marquer l&rsquo;esprit de son audience. Mais c&rsquo;est <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, l&rsquo;explicitation, la reformulation combin\u00e9es qui permettent de rendre votre discours m\u00e9morable<\/mark><\/strong> et donc le discours impactant. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:24px;line-height:1.3\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">Faire \u00e9merger le <\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">meta-discours<strong>\u2197<\/strong><\/mark><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En posant des questions sur les messages, on fait aussi <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">\u00e9merger les suites logiques<\/mark><\/strong> qui am\u00e8nent d&rsquo;une id\u00e9e ou \u00e0 une autre et <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color\">adopter une posture r\u00e9flexive <\/mark><\/strong>(on observe ce qu&rsquo;on dit). Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous fait passer de cette id\u00e9e \u00e0 celle-ci ? Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui est int\u00e9ressant dans cet exemple que vous donnez ?
